Damn, ebay @ 1950$ is interesting, there's even only 5% tax for me in Quebec, this makes a huge difference in the end.

Any opinion on the homeandtechdeals seller? I'm tempted to pull the trigger...

Same here I'm also in Quebec, but hesitant to buy something this expensive and fragile through Ebay.

I am looking at going big and I don't think the 85" X900F will come down to Hibbings infamous $4999. If it does, great, but Teletime quoted me $6200 which is out of my ballpark. At this point I am expecting a deal on the 85" X850F in the $4000 or lower range so I will probably pick this up.
Hibbing, come back to us. We need your deal again!!!

Of course our Best Buy might put all these TVs on a deeper deal than USA. Seems unlikely if I'm going to be honest, but maybe they want to clear some inventory. It's the only hope we have at this point.

Right, I'd hate myself if something is wrong with the shipping or the product itself... But as a true RFDer, it's 250$ cheaper than the supposed 2000$ BF price @ BB :D

I'm waiting. BF isn't even here yet. No point in rushing before seeing actual BF prices

Probably nothing already said and discussed here but, thought it could bring either more light or a healthy discussion, I still dream can sell my 75" and get OLED but, boy I probably should keep trying to get a job first ^^Linus youtube review of OLED by LG

I think burnout is probably different than “burn in” but I’ll let the others who know better comment. I have no worries about burn in for the OLED I’ll be getting due to my usage. I just like the 5 year warranty for anything else that can go wrong with it.

Completely different. Most LCD TVs have a problem pixel or 2/3. Most will never notice unless in a cluster or look for them. Burn-in is normal for OLEDs and thus not covered. Unless you’re watching CNN 24/7 it should not be a problem but is always a risk with any OLED.

I'm starting to teeter back and forth between the X900F and the TCL 6. If the X900F is under $1500, taxes included, it's a no brainer. If not... TCL is a damn good option for under $1000.

Wish Best Buy Canada would hurry up and leak their BF flyer.

A lot of people have used this thread despite not being interested in OLEDs. Maybe you should look at the last dozen pages?
