Recently, I bought a LG 32LH20 from BB. It is one Optical digital audio output. How do I connect with my analog Logitech Z-2300 system?

I'm not sure if mini toslink = 3.5mm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TOSLINK
"Mini-TOSLINK jacks exist and are commonly found on Apple computers and portable MiniDisc players. These provide the same capabilities but are almost exactly the same size and shape as the ubiquitous 3.5 mm stereo minijack (they are 0.5mm longer to prevent an analog plug from contacting the LED). Adapters are available to connect a TOSLINK cable to a Mini-TOSLINK jack."
based on this, it sounds like it's not the same.

Whoa people let's back up a bit.
First of all, the Z2300 does not have an optical input. It should have came with a 3.5mm to stereo RCA adapter for use with anything other than the computer.
Secondly, from the looks of it your TV doesn't have analog RCA audio outputs. So to put it bluntly, you're screwed

Not that I believe exists. I don't think it's easy turning light into analog signals.
