LG G2 - Buying outright and sim unlock

I am about to buy a LG G2 outright and use it on another carrier.
The first question is, will Rogers (lowest outright price) be willing to sell this phone outright or would I be forced to pay one month?
Another question is, most unlocking websites seem to only include D800 and D802, but not D803 (Canadian version).
Has anyone successfully unlocked their Canadian G2 anywhere?

Thanks!

For your first question, yes they will sell it outright. You can unlock your device for 50$ with rogers.

Hey man,

Telus sells it $50 cheaper. I am going to order one probably tonight. Unlock online for 7 Euros. (~$10)

Sasktel = $599
Telus = $650
Rogers = $699

Wondering if a team store referral would lower the price.

Rogers actually sells for $599, in BC atleast.
Which website are you going to get the unlock code from? Are you sure it works on the Rogers version?
