yeah, you could sand, prime and paint it but you also need a special primer for plastic . I might just peel off what appears to be a sticker on the bottom where the 43 is.

You could always turn it around so the advertising faces in...

I'm getting my learners permit soon, and I understand that you need to do a written test. Whenever I ask my older friends about it, they tell me to read "the book". What is this book they're referring to?

No, I dont get why anyone would need/want to put one of these on either.

Slightly different, but I needed a front license plate mount for my US imported car. Audi wanted $159. Can Tire had a generic one for $5.99including screws. I chose the latter.
Thanks for the memories, RFD.
Good-bye.

lol,

maybe so, but you'd have to have a REALLY low IQ to put this garbage on your car. Well unless it's a Nascar I guess. Or you're really into Nascar. Or you enjoy making your car look gross, that too.

this thread fails.

It makes a great belated gift. If your license plate is stained with rust around screw holes or edges it dramatically improves appearance of car. Its not in the hot deals section so your comment makes no sense.

But their talking about removing the Nascar stuff....and thats whats confusing me
Heck if someone wants an "attractive" piece of plastic around their plate, just about any body shop or curbside used car dealership will be glad to give them one for the free advertising. I dont know why ppl leave these on though...it basically tells the world either a) you smashed your car or b)you couldnt afford to buy it new.
Thanks for the memories, RFD.
Good-bye.
