IMHO all this woman's claims should be invalidated because in the background of one picture I looked at, there was a cat in the background.
http://lindasepp.wordpress.com/
So she's allergic to the rest of the world's smells but has a cat, which i assume urinates inside.
I just don't buy it, and the offers that have been made to this woman are incredible!
Friends and staff from the city’s shelter support office pored over real estate listings and thought they found the perfect solution: a $200,000 home in Bobcaygeon that had been built for someone with MCS. But Sepp turned it down because W.J. refused to pay an extra $45,000 to have a couple of extra walls installed. Besides, it had bad feng shui, she said.
They offered her a million options and she is too "sick" for all of them, including a specially built house for people with her "illness". She's too "sick" for government housing but too "poor" to do anything about it.

Bad fung shui? Extra walls? You're looking for subsidized housing and you have the nerve to ask for fung shui and extra walls?
I say let her deal with her own housing instead of making people bend over backwards for her.Last edited by JAGpilot; May 8th, 2010 at 03:00 PM.

I think the fact that she's living "on her father's balcony" tells us that the original saying stands this test._______________

the star has written about this person more than once...it seems fairly certain that this is some sort of mental issue. by that, im not saying shes 'faking'...i imagine that to her, how she feels is very debilitating. that said, the alleged physical link seems dubious.
the whole scenario where a supposedly appropriate house was found, built for someone with this issue, but she rejected it due to a refusal to install extra walls and the house lacking appropriate 'feng shui' just make the whole scenario seem even more questionable.
i hope shes able to improve her situation...however, i even have doubts about the doctor backing her claims. maybe she needs less reinforcement that the physical/chemical link is valid and more focus on resolving the psychological side of it.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked CanadianMike for this post.

This poor lady needs help, not mocking.
She is very unwell but there is no way to help her at the moment.
I feel very bad for her being on a balcony today or any other day.
It won't be long til the other residents of the condo ask that she be removed.
It's totally sad, all round.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked Lucky Ducky for this post.

Seriously though? Saua, wood floors, acres of land? Here is a completely barren metal shipping container. There are no allergens here. Enjoy.

I don't really follow your logic.
She says on her site "My symptoms and abilities are directly, and often severely impacted by exposure to petro-chemicals, moulds, wireless technologies and high electrical fields."
From wikipedia, "Commonly suspected substances include smoke, pesticides, plastics, synthetic fabrics, scented products, petroleum products and paints"
She never claims to be allergic to bad smells or animals. She seems to say she is hyper sensitive to environmental toxins, and other than mold, she seems to be focused on synthetic stuff. She talks about chemicals from carpet installations, fabric softener, construction, etc, not being allergic to animals.
I'm no doctor, but I can certainly see how this could have a huge psychological component. It being psychological does not make it any less serious though. Mental illness is no less serious than any other type of illness, and it can cause a lot of physical problems.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked BornRuff for this post.

A number of years back I read of a lady in the US that had very similar issue; allergic to everything in a major city and house; car and environmental pollution, the off gassing of building materials (carpet, flooring, etc), the chemicals, laundry detergents, etc.
Their solution; they moved way out into the country; built a house out of natural materials, grow most of their own food, well water, etc. Sounds something like what this woman needs to do.
It is her choice if she wishes to spend her time/energy trying to get government to do what is needed (good luck with that) or work directly to address her situation.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked CheapScotsman for this post.
