FWIW my old family doctor didn't charge me either. Ditto with my current family doctor. I have developed a rapport with my doctors where they feel comfortable enough to let me to the research for what I need and they prescribe what I ask for.

The only time I went to a travel clinic is for a yellow fever vaccine because you can only get it at designated places and my doctor wasn't one of those.
