Using the Garage Sale Locator you can find garage sales near your home on a Google Map and help others find your garage sale! You can also save sales to a printer friendly so you have something to take with you when you're bargain hunting.

from the pic it doesn't look like there's mobile alerts (i.e. you get text message reminding you of a garage sale in your area either on same day or day before)

There was a little problem with one of the files causes a conflict in IE. Can you guys please give it another try and let me know? Please reload with CTRL+F5 to clear the files in case they were cached.
