I'm thinking of picking it up despite the fact I'm
already happily using my LG BR/HD player
Environment:
DOS 6.xx, Windows XP/ 2003/ Vista and Linux Operating System
I'm assuming it comes bundled with SW otherwise wouldn't be much good

It isn't even a DVD or CD Writer. Just a reader for all formats. That kind of sours the deal a bit.
