Live stream won't play

For some time now a site that shows live streams won't work for me on my main computer, I can't really pinpoint when it stopped working but it must be a couple of weeks now. It always worked before that, and it works just fine on my other computer. Any ideas where I can start to troubleshoot this? I know it is not a browser add on causing it, and it won't work in chrome, ie or firefox.

try reinstalling flash ?

Yes I tried that yesterday, didn't fix it though.

Have you changed your firewall/anti-virus settings ? Or the user account?

I downloaded malwarebytes and ran it.
Also, I ran avg pc tuneup recently.

But I can't say for sure if the issues occurred directly after doing that though.
