LLC registration - through licensed accoutant
I am looking to register my business as LLC.
I've done some research and it seems like the registration fee is around $300 (online) / $360 (in person).
Since I dont have much experience with all these documentations and articles, I plan to register thru a CPA.
I went to a few and some quoted $600, while some even ask for $1,200 - that's almost 4x the price.
I am wondering if there is any difference between these services? Is there a challenge or something specific that a CPA does and some doesnt?
Or are they just charging 4x premium due to reputation? I am comfortable paying more for their services, but 4x seems like ALOT and it doesnt seem
too reasonable here, from my understanding.
Please advise! Thanks

There is no LLC in Canada (hybrid of partnership and Corporation). I assume you are talking about incorporation.
I assume the fee difference is for services they provide. My husband used an on line law firm in Ottawa 15 months ago and cost was around $450-$500 (federal incorporation). I think the name of the company is Corp Canada Services Inc. They provided minute book, stamp, blank share certificates etc and registration was done promptly. Initial documents were sent by email and then binder etc came in the mail.
One of the my clients incorporated last week (Ontario corp) through a lawyer and he decided to do so because he wants the lawyer to maintain the minute book. I don't know the cost or lawyer's details but I can find out if you are interested.

My lawyer did it for me and gave me incorporation book (lots of info and shareholders etc...)
Pretty sure it was about $500.
