The submersible cruiser was $29.94 but they were all gone in Oakville. I bought one of these before and they work great and that is a fantastic price. If anyone sees one and they don't want if for themselves, please let me know where you saw it. My kids thank you.

Loblaws Summer Clearance - Motorized Wave Rider $19.99 (was $79.99) - YMMV
I wandered down the summer toy aisle and found some good bargains including a Six Flags Motorized Wave Rider that normally goes for $79.99 (or $49.99 at Walmart) for only $19.94. It's a rechargeable blow-up propeller powered boat with a water gun on the front. Here's a link:
http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...R3SBSL3SKG1X6B
I don't expect it to speed around the pool really fast but for twenty bucks I figure I couldn't go too wrong.
There was also motorized gizmo that you hold onto with your hands and it is supposed to pull you through the water (underwater). I can't remember the price but it was a pretty hot deal (was approx. $100+ for $40ish).
They also had some bubble makers on for $3.74 (regular $15). Finger kites (small kites) for $0.50 down from $4.99 and other assorted deals.
Eric

I have one of these. Used it at the lake and in the swimming pool. Slow but a lot of fun for the kids....must admit I took a couple of rides too. I'd buy a pump to pump it up!

Cruise around your pool at up to 2 feet / sec. on this inflatable Motorized Wave Rider. The underwater propeller is protected by a safety cage and powered by a battery-powered 12V motor. The Six Flags Motorized Wave Rider features fully functional steering in any direction and a built-in motorized water blaster that shoots an endless stream of pool water up to 20 feet! Children up to 100 lbs. can easily ride the Motorized Wave Rider.

Hee hee ... 2 ft/sec ... Look at all the splashes around the thing
I think you may want to buy a helmet too

wonder if you could overclock this thing at get 3ft per second. In all seriousness read the review on the link provided, the guy there says the water spray is nothing like the photo and shoots out like an ordinary squirt gun and the wake is total BS, he says its very very slow. So don't expect to be spashing the chicks on the beach with this thing unless you mount the electric motor from your radial arm saw and use an extension cord.

Aug 21st, 2006 11:16 AM #9Ha ha ... Or go dual ! Buy a few of these and start modding ! Add a couple of motors (and the batteries) onto a single rider and let it 'fly'
