You mean like thinking a 3.5" portable DVD Player is $49 when it is clearly advertised as $90?

Weird they have Casio Z500 on sale for $299, I've never seen any retailer carrying it in Canada. Should be S500 or Z50.

Prices may be a bit more than most places but you also get better service than most places.

Gps
The Magellan GPS Explorist 100 for 99.99 looks good. Has anyone seen a better price?

Ya right haha. I refuse to go to a couple near me ever since the bad staff have taken over. Ran by a buncha 70 old wrinkly things, who dont know jack squat about what they sell and just give you attitude, especially over the phone when asking about stuff. They show no enjoyment in helping you what so ever.

And what do you know, my sister goes in that same day and there was no hold on it!!! It was even the last one, and good thing they didnt sell it! Stupid prick. Thats why L.D.=Learning dummies.

Not the norm, you are the exception. For every one bad LD story there are probably 20 for other stores. No chain is perfect, that's for sure.

The Power Sentry UPS seems hot at $19.99 as does the HP 1020 with extra toner and a ream of 22 paper for $150.
I see $29.45 after rebate?? Or are you looking at something else?here4yagurlz said:

I like London Drugs. Yes they are a bit more expensive for the Hi-Tech stuff. They are also a Canadian Company...Unlike Futureshop, BestBuy, Wal-Mart. If your looking to keep your boxing day dollars, the only 3 Major Western canada stores that are BC owned are London Drugs Audio Video, and A&B Sound.
If you want to send your dollars to the states shop at Staples, Office Depot, Futureshop, Bestbuy, The Source.
Personally I think it is nice to keep some money in your community. London Drugs has good customer service. It will NOT have the lines that other stores do, and have great hours of operation.

Take a pill. I've had great customer experiences at LD with the exception of one slightly irritating price match issue. If you've had so many bad ones, maybe you might consider an alternative source of the problems. "buncha 70 old wrinkly things" - take 2 pills.
