I was at LD today and the guy told me that they were getting rid of some of their games and any games with a red sticker on were 5$, saw decent titles such as:
dead rising 2
lost planet 2
dark souls
mortal kombat
battlefield
assassin creed (forgot which)
shadows of the damed
crysis 2
Devil may cry 4

In this case it's store specific. Just went and bought 6 games for $4.99 each and asked by the sales person not to go to other stores and expect the same price.

The sales person told everybody the same thing. He said that he's just trying to clear up some shelf space, so it's only the Metrotown London Drugs. Only a few games remaining for the PS3 when I left the store. Looked like there were quite a few Xbox games with red stickers on them, but I didn`t check them out (since I don`t have an Xbox).
