I have a spot on my wall that will generally fit a 40" LCD and I am looking for a reasonable deal. Here are my requirements, any help would be appreciated.

1. Would like to stick to name brands (Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, etc)
2. 1080p
3. 60hz is fine but wouldn't mind 120hz
4. At least 3 HDMI slots
5. Non-reflective screen, I hate the really shiny displays
6. Last but not least preferably under $1,200.

I currently have a Sony KDL52W3000 - I think that is the model that I am very happy with so I am inclined to stay with Sony but I am open to change.
