I checked out ebay and saw a Canadian seller with several of them at about $20 each. That might be your best bet. Almost certainly the cheapest.

Looking for Dell notebook part - keyboard for 9400
Are there any Canuck stores that actually stock the damn things? I'd like one reasonably soon...

Yeah, I found them too, but they want $12 for shipping. Of course, they're located right next to my client, but will NOT let me pick it up. I hate that crap.
Still better than $53 from Dell though._______________
