Looking for a Desktop PC

I am looking for a good deal on a desktop pc. I dont need a monitor. I want something under $400. I need at least 2 GB of ram. I found this one but not sure about it

For that amount of money I'd stay away from Refurb. Dell, FS/BB will be ramping up Back to School in 3 weeks and based on past RFD-Dell promo pricing, you can purchase a New Desktop Dual Core/2GB/250GB/Vista Basic for $309 to $349. These enjoy full warranty and free shipping - I can't think of any reason not to buy them vs. 30 Day Coverage Refurbs.
