Looking at a few courses at Humber/Seneca(CTY/CNS)

So I'm looking at the courses available, I have read and seen many recommend CTY over CNS as its more or less the same up to second year. So I've eliminated CNS - I am left with CTY or Computer and Network Support Technician at Humber. CTY is 3 years with co-op, Humber is 2 years and looks like no co-op! I'd love some opinions on this before I make my choice, can anyone help?

CO op or internship is key here. No one will hire you over co-op/internship students.

Anyone know why the graduation rate is so low for Computer Systems Technology at Seneca? The page is from 2013-14 but most recent stats I could find and it's around 30-40% for the years prior as well. Is it a supr-rigorous program to get through or something?:

nah, lots of people just drop to the 2 year program after they get their coop in so they can graduate faster

Ok, may and can someone give the readers including myself the pros and cons of 2 years and 3 years programs such as CNS and CTY respectively?
