Looking for Fiber Optic(LED ??) lighting kit

I've spent some time looking around on the web for "starfield" kits and other Fibre optic kits, but the prices are pretty high.

I'd like low cost Fibre kit so I can build a 48" diameter star field for my Home theater, the title of the theatre will "The Orion", and that will be the main constellation.

MUST be very low maintenence, even LEDs if they are dimmable

I MUST be able to hide the box in the ceiling, and not worry about heat, fibre optics are very low heat, and pretty cheap in short runs,5-6 feet, and the expensive part is the "light box.

I'm looking at 150-200 stars.
