edit: I found what I needed at fabric land :)
Hi,
I'm looking to purchase some spongy/foam material that some companies use in their packing. It is not the really thin white foam wrap a lot of places use. It is thicker (it is a different material) and you can compress it with your hands. I would just like to know who sells material like this?
Thank you,
Biggie.

Packaging supply company do sell these. Check with places where you buy boxes for shipping. Also check with the postal office, I'm sure they know where to get some if they don't already have some.
Canada411 is pretty good at locating these sort of companies._______________

Any manufacturing plant or factory/warehouse or even stores should have plenty of these in their recycling bins.

Thanks for the replies so far. I'm hoping that I will find someone that has seen these materials in a store before, and let me know which store. :P

Try some fabric stores. I bought some at Fabricland for a dog bed (about 1 inch thick). They had different thicknesses up to 6 inches.
