There is one in the plaza of COSTCO / Theatres @ HWY410 / Steeles.

its right beside Bell world. Quite cheap too <$30/month no contract (as far as i remember). I also vaguely remember it being 24hour gym but its been a while - i went there with a friend. Hope this helps.
