Looking for good tablet deals

Over the last few months, I have concluded that the best 10" tablets are the Nexus model or either the ASUS TF300T ($380) or the more expensive ASUS TF700T ($480). We know the nexus won't be going on sale but the ASUS 300T might be around the $260 -$300 mark given what we have seen in the past few weeks. Anything less than a 20% saving is not much of a deal in my book.....like the $20 off the TF700 right now at FS- it is less than 5%!

I am looking for a Nexus 7 32GB WiFi.. Have been carefully thinking about purchasing a tablet for quite some time as I do not own one and never have. The best pricing I have found is at SDM on 20X Points day.. works out to the equivalent of 195+HST.. total $220. The actual deal is pay $269.99+hst total $305 and get enough optimum points for $85 redemption (305-85=$220). I have since been considering the N7 32GB WiFi+HSPA+.. i'd be looking for a price of $250+hst to buy. Chances are I will not buy anything on Boxing Day as past years have shown there are virtually no deals.

Looking forward to the ainol captain as well, but there'll probably be lots of firmware bugs on release date.

None whatsoever, there's a 32gb bundle with case and charger stand for $149 (bad deal) at Visions and $168 64GB at WM (good deal).

My 7 year old daughter wants an ipod or ipad-mini to play games watch movies, listen to music, camera... I figure a playbook is perfect for her and much cheaper. Not sure I want to pay 200$-400$ for apple products when she will end up stepping on it or leaving it outside lol

I sure hope there is some stock somewhere of some playbooks. I would like to pick one up. After looking at the best buy/futureshop flyers, I'm not holding my breath for a really cheap price. I mean, it looks like there virtually no stock unless it is being hidden for the 32gb. Anyone know if there are any 32gb or 64gb playbooks anywhere?
