Looking for a high quality Chinese restaurant

A friend is asking me to recommend a GOOD chinese restaurant in Scarborough, Markham, Richmond hill to take guests from HK & mainland China. She needs to make sure food is top quality as the guests will be comparing quality.

Anyone has any suggestions?

So far I have come up with:

Lai Wah Heen
Dragon Boat
Yu Seafood

Spring Villa is decent. In other places, people rave about the Lobster at OMEI. What about the Casa Victoria/Casa Imperial restaurants? I've never been myself..

Why do they want to go for Chinese food? Just curious. The last thing I'd be looking for if I were visiting somewhere in a distant land would be a Canadian restaurant lol.

Fancy at 14th Ave and Kennedy Rd. Food, quality and service are good and the set menu is reasonably priced. Only complaint so far is the lack of parking spaces in the plaza. You do need to make a reservation for weekend nights though.
