Looking for info on purchasing season seats for Toronto Raptors season games.

First of all sorry if this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it to the appropriate one.

So I went on to the http://www.nba.com/raptors/tickets/newseasonseats.html website hoping I could find information and possibly even purchase season seats, but it tells me

And their offices are closed on weekends. So I'm going to ask RFD and hopefully someone with some experience on the subject can enlighten me.

First question is.. Can we still purchase season seats? I hope it's not too late.

Second question is.. Is it possible to actually make decent money off this?

I'm looking to gain some pocket money through this since I can probably go to about 5-10 games max with my busy schedule. I am willing to invest up to 8 Grand, what seats would you guys recommend I get for that price. A 20% gain on investment is what I am aiming for. Obviously the more the better.

This is my first time trying anything like this, and I have heard stories of how people have made a living through stuff like this. Just to clear this up, I WONT be scalping, just selling the tickets for face value. I am and will always be legit. I just feel like trying something new, and gaining something out of it in the process.
