Looking for programmers for Startups
i'm not sure if this has been on a different thread, apologize in advance.
I'm looking for some web developers and web applications.
Possibly some undergrad Computer Science students.
Its for startups.
I dont want to hire foreign online developers, but willing to if need be...anyone recommend any sites or companies?

Do you think you can PM me a little bit more about your project? I'll see if I can help but I'll need a bit more information.

For startup... do I read this correctly that you don't have money to pay?

What type of stuff are you looking for? There's lots of government programs that offer funding.
Feel free to PM me as I have gone through the process of many of these programs.

If any programmers with experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) within the Ruby-on-Rails (RoR) framework read this and are looking to freelance, please PM me.

Ruby is pretty niche, I've always considered it an academic curiosity myself.

You need to tell more about your project and what YOU have to contribute - your skills, history, etc.
Otherwise people will assume that you're a self-proclaimed visionary looking for a programmer to create your "vision" that will be sold to Google for millions.

Are you directing that comment to me, or to surfer007?
Of course I will share appropriate details regarding all of the above with anyone with the skillset and experience I'm looking for, and the potential interest in freelancing/contributing.
I can't speak for surfer007, but my project does not fall into the category you've posted (though I am aware that there are a million +1 of them floating around there that do).
