Maybe their policies has changed since the last time I sent a motherboard in for RMA but I remember that I only had to send an e-mail to Asus describing the problem and give them the serial number of the motherboard. Then, I had to send the motherboard to Asus RMA dept once they replied with a RMA number. If thitngs hasn't changed, they do not have a RMA form; you have to work things out via e-mail. You should have a look at this.

looking for a receipt for asus a8r32mvp motherboard
As the title says, I'm looking for someone that can give me a scanned copy of a receipt of a Asus A8R32MVP motherboard. I need to get this RMAed but Asus' website says I need to go to my reseller. I no longer have my recept

If anyone can help, that would be great. I've only had the board for about close to a year, but I seemed to have misplaced the receipt.
Thanks to anyone that can help_______________

warranty time is calculated by date of manufacture which is coded into the serial number, unless you have a receipt which says purchased on XX date.
