Looking for a video card

I think my video card is starting to die. Can you guys recommend a card for me?

I'm on an older 9600GT. Would like to get the equivalent or slightly higher. I don't do any gaming. Cost is a big factor. Not looking to spend more than $70 or so.

The closest current card you could get right now is a GeForce GT 640 or a Radeon 6670, which are both fairly close to your $70 maximum budget.

If you don't do any gaming at all and just want to minimize cost, why not just get a dirt cheap card like a Radeon 5450 or GeForce GT 210/610 for ~$20?
