Looking for VoIP

I've had Primus TalkBroadband for a few years, no complaints. I pay $19.99 + 5 cents per minute for long distance..

I think I can do a bit better, any good options out there? I need to be able to port my 905 Hamilton number to the new provider and it has to be normal VoIP, no calling through a computer or whatever..

One thing I love about Primus is the online call log where I can go in and blacklist telemarketing 800 numbers or what I do is call forward one telemarketer toll free number to another telemarketers toll free number - i can do that all in their web interface, do other VoIP providers have the same type of thing??

we don't use the phone that much, very little long distance so if I could find something for about $10 a month with no contract that would be cool.

any recommendations?

How reliable is Acanac VOIP compared to landline ?
I'm DISO a new home phone/ internet / and maybe TV service.
