Need one ASAP! Its not hard to find a webhost, i just need one that:

a) accepts paypal
b) can pay 6 months advance as opposed to one year
c) east coast server
d) FREE setup

I was looking at site5 and namespro, but neither accept paypal. So, i need some suggestions.

I'm looking for roughly 10-15gb of space, with 2-300gb transfer per month. Shared server is fine.
