Lost Baggage??

I've been so annoyed these last few days. Coming back from Vegas I had numerous delays which caused my bag to be misplaced. Apparently the airline (Air Canada) has located the bag and is waiting on "confirmation" whether or not it is in their possession. I've been told 2 stores repeatedly, either my bag is in Denver (where I had a connecting flight) or it's in Toronto. I keep getting told to call back in a few hours ect ect.. Does anybody know what to expect in these sorts of situations? I've never had my bags lost before.

no big deal..they'll track it down and call you; or if you already gave them the address to deliver it to. theyu'll just bring it to you
