RendX wrote: Right now at Rona, you can get the weights on clearance for $20 with another 15% off. Just under $80 for 4 including tax. They do look nicer, but I just wish there was some way to keep them together and maintain the shape if you have 4 of them (shift a little when I rotate the umbrella).
I got them for that price and also used the $10 email sign up bonus. its a great deal.
Got that FIDO account!

Thanks for the pic! I have four square patio stones as a base instead of the four weighted wedges like you do but will try to do the same thing. That should also help keep the patio squares from shifting around. And I have a blue patio like you do!

Yikes. That's not good. It looks like the base exploded.

I purchased the 4 base pieces from Rona for 65$ tax in. Umbrella looks great and I love the 360 swivel as it covers both sides of my deck when the kids are playing. Did anyone else not receive endcaps for the base? I had nothing in my box.

Very nicely built Umbrella but I feel the colour is going to fade over a few months

Highly recommend. We've had the Karlso umbrella with the Svarto base for two years and extremely happy with both. Far better than the Home Depot or lowes equivalent imo, and at a much better price point. If you're lucky you'll find some end of season ikea discounts too.

Not the target of this thread, but related - the ikea patio furniture has been outstanding, too.

I have only tried once but it doesnt seem to be the easiest thing to take off. They give you a wand but it folds as soon it gets pressure and there is no loop or anything to put it through. For $18 it's ok

Anyone's umbrella not sit level? Mines is quite a bit lopsided that I need to lift a side up nearly 4" to make it level. Anyone know how to adjust that... Might call Allen and Roth and see what they have to say...

Pretty sure it’s supposed to sit a bit tilted towards the back. At least mine is.
