I thought I'd complement Richhy's thread that was posted for the Dewalt DWE7480. See Richhy's thread here: [Home Depot] Dewalt DWE7480 Table Saw - PM Lowe's for $270

I just bought the Bosch GTS1031 which is on sale for $399, and comes with a free table saw stand. So PM Amazon and get both the table saw and stand for $339. Amazon link here
Unfortunately I didn't get the $50 saving card, as I wasn't aware of it, and the staff didn't offer it! I'll have to call them back about this later.

The Bosch's rip capacity is less then the Dewalt, 18" vs 24", but i am not too concerned. i could always use a circular saw to cut anything larger. I decided to go with the Bosch because it's dado capable, and the current free stand promo. Not bad for $339 + tax. If I didn't care for the stand or dado option, then I would've bought the Dewalt for $270.

Where does it say it comes with a free stand?

Hey Engineered, I didn't want to hijack Richhy's thread on the Dewalt to answer questions about the Bosch. So to your question "Did you PM and buy online or in store?" I went in-store to PM Amazon.
Cool, thanks. I ended up PM'ing online with free shipping to home. Took about 30min for the rep to do it. $339 all in, plus I should be getting the $50 coupon as well. Also 1% ebates, and 2% on my credit card.
Thanks for the deal! I may have gone for the Dewalt, but the lack of dado compatibility ruled it out.

I've had this saw for 5 years now and it had served me well. I bought it to help build a fence, deck and other small renovations around the house. I've now started doing some fine woodworking and it's been great with hard maple and white oak. I did have to change the blade to the Diablo rip blade to cut through the white oak.

Great saw. Worth the money if you're doing some basic work around the house and some beginner woodworking. My only issue was the cheap screw that holds the push stick and the wrenches, broke off while I was loosening it.
