[Lowe's] Lowes - Stay Up & Save - July 19 - 11PM EST

Haven't seen it posted anywhere. Looks like Lowes is doing another Stay Up & Save promotion tonight. The previous sale in June offered 20% off any purchase greater than $150.

Interested in seeing the exclusion list. There are a few things I need but may be excluded based on past history.

Lowes always come up with the worst conditions in order for customers to get their deals.
I wonder what occurs during their marketing meetings

I love late-night sale kickoffs - gives the west coast a fighting chance at limited-quantity deals for once! :)

Need a refrigerator. Does lowes take 20% off, then tax or tax then 20% off total?

I believe it's 20% before tax.

I think the typical with most retailers is 20% off before tax, but the tax is based on original amount.
IE. $100 with 13% tax & 20% off = $100 + 13 - 20 = $93

If you need a water tank anyways, I strongly recommend getting a tankless water heater, been using mine for over a year and it's fantastic. I've never run out of hot water, and it keeps up with 3 bathrooms easily for the model I sprung for.

Going to try and PM HD to get a trimmer/blower dewalt combo.

based on my research, getting a gas water tank is around 1.1K - 1.3K installed and tankless water heater will be around 3.5K - 4K installed plus there is extra maintenance. For me, it's not worth the extra cost because running out of hot water is not a concern at my house
