With apparent lack of depth and texture, i honestly think it looks cheap...

It does not look cheap.

I bought the chevron as well for a bigger project in the basement.

I went to Lowes yesterday and I had to pick through the batch to get 5 perfect panels without any scratches or dents. They are also very delicate when you move and I managed to ding an edge loading it on the cart myself so I put it back and got another one :)

I just put up my first panel

Now I gotta finish up the rest of my sub floor and vinyl flooring on other side of basement. Than I can take down that insulation on the far wall in my earlier post on page 2, install the rigid foam insulation and put up a steel stud frame to attach these other 4 panels.
Momma always told me not to go into a strangers basement. For yours I'll make an exception.
... I'm on my way with a pocket full of quarters

I have those 3x8 closet doors from the 80s. With those olden style wood varnish look.

When I took a closer look, the closet doors appear to be thicken cardboard with aluminum frame around it.

Could I use these to replace the inner design? Has anyone does this?

Because otherwise it's very expensive to replace these 8 feet tall closets.
Anyone?

Did you use PL glue or brad nails?

Don't see why you can't do that. Make sure you can cut them to the same size as the original door panels , you won't see the cuts so they don't need to be clean just fairly straight.

Dayummmm...you've even got a light under the bed. All that bedroom is missing is a mirror above the bed.

Both. Glued the center and nailed the sides. But figured out that nails should be enough.

Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes Minus the headlights, sidelights, and no roof lights on this car lol.

My whole place runs on Hue lights system, motion sensors, timed Lighting dimmed with color change depending on mood and ambience needed.

This car is messed up lol. Mercedes and Audi do better interior LED Lighting than that. Lol
