Thanks OP! Bought a house last year that had one on 2 out of 3 floors. Finally bought one to replace the regular smoke alarm on the last floor.

Can you place order online (get the $25 visa credit) and do pickup in store?

For visa checkout, do we go to Lowe's website or visas checkout website. ??

So I can order this 3x and pick up all the orders at one store? Also what do I need to show to do pickups, I dont have a Visa but my father does, would the CC holder have to go?

Also says: Limit: one discount per customer. for visa checkout, did that cause any issues for people or did you use 3 separate visa checkouts?

I've done that before - no issues; I just had to show my confirmation receipt.

Also if you dont mind, isnt it free shipping so why is everyone trying to do pickup?

Did you set up multiple accounts to get around the "one per customer" rule, or just order three times and use the VISA checkout each time? I'm thinking I might just jump on this.

I used one account for 3 orders.

Personally for me I am moving next week so I'd rather pick it up than have to re-route shipping, etc.

How reliable are these compared to a regular smoke/CO2 detector? I have the $80 2-pack I got at COstco of the Kiddie brand recently that does both smoke and CO2. I wonder if it's worth getting the NEST instead? I heard v1 had a TON of issues like false warnings. Im assuming v2 is better?
