Thanks OP. Anyone knows if these can be picked up by a sedan or would you need a truck for that :| probably dumb question.

Nevermind it's 323lbs I think my back is worth the $80 in delivery.
RFD: Pick any two.

Buy first explain later. If met with disdain, retort "okay why don't you take it for return".

We're renovating our main floor right now and I'm spending a ton of money. If she says no, I'll understand. Otherwise, I'd be on my way to Lowes.

Edit: boss says no :(

It was $599 last year at Rona but I got it PM at Lowes combines with their no tax event, so $599 out the door. Now they are merged so no such deal again.

You can if your car has flat fold-down rear seats and you open up the box to move them piece by piece. Each piece weight less than 30lbs if I remember correctly. By the way, Homedepot truck rental is $25 for 90 minutes

Would I need to have this shed sit on a cement foundation, or can I have this rest on top of grass?

You'll need to build a base for it to sit on.... Whether that is concrete or wood is up to you. If you put it on grass, even if it is level, it will seep into the ground over time and become unlevel and possibly damage the shed depending on how unlevel it gets as it will wow and warp and such.

I bought and installed this last summer. I think I got it for $699 and it was a save the tax event going on. Make sure it's going on a level surface. I had concrete poured and it wasn't perfectly level so installation was kind of a pain. Ended up getting it together but the door stays open slightly. Very nice shed though, I'm on the lookout for accessories to hang tools inside.

i would say this is a good opportunity to get it for this price point IF you need one sooner or later (altho it's not urgent).
