I still say it's just a toy snow blower. Something a women might use. I like to see you snow blow the hard packed snow that is left by the snow plow at the end of your driveway. You might as well just shovel by hand!
Your video shows you snow blowing a couple of inches of light snow, plus who wants to drag along a electrical cord? It's like owning a electric lawn mover. NO real power.
I would rather wait and buy a REAL gas snow blower.
Have had used this snowblower for the snow storm Ontario received and it was fine....I personally thought the same when we sold our electric lawn mower and got a Honda engine gas one this summer, gas being much more easier. But the maintenance/and its hard to push back and forth unlike our electric lawn. Will be selling off the gas lawn mower in spring and pick up another electric lawn mower. :)

Those who picked this up...get the 12 gauge, 100 feet cord from Costco...at $39.99 its a great price :)

I picked up the 623 (15 amp) at Lowes, it's the same price as the 620 but with a bigger motor and headlight.

how does this machine work on deep snow? All those videos are showing 1-2 inches of snow and they are looking at 4 inches or more tomorrow and Sunday and it will be heavy snow (warm temp)? And it looks pretty hard work as you have to push then pull back and push again forward

I am using those snow scoop thingy and they work well for me and I am debating if a snow thrower would be better...
I used it last weekend on over a foot of snow and it handled it no problem. The weekend before, I used it on ~3 inches of wet snow, also no problem.

Thanks. But for $20, I will take the bigger motor.

Besides, I need it for tomorrow (15cm coming) and Sunday (they don't know how much snow yet)
I wasn't suggesting to purchase from amazon, but to PM amazon at lowes bringing it back to $160

I also picked up Snow Joe SJ623E at lowe's today.... I paid $203 (with tax). As compare only $20 more than SJ620 ($203 vs $181 tax included) Bigger motor with headlight... I think worth it!!
I signed up lowe's email list and got 10% off coupon from email... then ordered online and picked up at local store on same day.
I need it for tmr and weekend... 15 - 20cm expected in Ottawa area... :(

Exactly what I paid yesterday. Picked it up at Kanata store. Just used it this morning, got about 10cm so far and it did the job so fast compare to using my snow scoop. My son is the happiest and he told me with the Joe, he doesn't have to help me anymore...

I bought the $25 50ft cord from HD and the $40 100ft cord from Costco. I will have to return the Costco one as it will not fit the receptacle of the Joe. The Joe has a round protrusion out of the plug and the Costco cord has 2 protrusion on the top and bottom making it NOT fit to go into the Joe

BTW patyung, forecast is another 10cm tonight and tomorrow and Sunday may be 5cm of wet heavy stuff. At least i will get my money worth

Yes, I did the exact same things a few days ago (email -10%) -- I also went through ebates and maybe got another few bucks off.

Here is the email link for those who may want to do the same (for any Lowe's purchase)
