There is very few options there: Nashtah is in FCP and is pretty decent Indian food. The Thai place in Simcoe is expensive, but relatively decent. The other Thai place in Scotia PLaza is very expensive and not worth it. The other place I go to is $4 (tax incl) for a gyros sandwich at food court at Atrium on Bay. And that's it....

how much are you willing to spend? If you've got a big appetite you can walk over to Kama at King and Simcoe for all you can eat indian food. It's about $15.
Reds in FCP isn't too bad. I go there when it's on the company card.
you can also walk over to Richtree in Brookfield Place (formerly BCE). They have daily specials, and you can get a sit down meal, for about $10.
For RFDers, I think the cheapest places to get lunch is Sandwich World, where most things are $4 flat. chicken cutlet on a bun and salad, or rice and curry chicken with a salad, tandoori chicken, rice, and a salad, etc...
Or, Noodle King in that food court between the sheraton and the Bay. You can get a bowl of noodles and some lemongrass chicken for < $5.

You should try Ninki, located near the Sweet Factory in Scotia Plaza.
Sit-down type restaurant and I think their Bento box is $12.95+taxes. Pretty good Bento box with lots of food (salmon teriyaki, rice, beef, a small thing of rolls - maybe tempura too).
Just get there early as there tends to be long line-ups.
