floor plans released, still waiting on pricing

I think d-05 will be the best option for me as an investor. Looks like the flex (den) can be used to store a bed.

What is everyone's projection on appreciation when closing happens in 2021? Would it make sense to buy now and sell it as soon as closing happens?

i would be more concerned with how much rental rates are and calculating your estimated costs with the property.

Does anyone know what is the price of 1 bedroom+ den including parking and locker. Also is the deposit structure 15% before closing or 20%?

Around 600 per sqft and 20K for parking. Only 85% parking to unit ratio though. 1st day, 30 day, 90 day, 1 year. 20%

Price is around $600. I think he meant sqft. From 1 bedroom to 2 + 1.

198k is in brochure. I assume it's a lower floor 1 bedroom, no upgrade, no locker, no parking. For it to be rentable you need to chip in another 50k.

Yes but even taking all that into consideration that's amazing. I think that regular folk won't be able to get that suite. They won't release it to public
