M1330, 2MP webcam or thin screen?

I'm thinking about getting an M1330, I'm wondering if I should go for the 2MP webcam or go with the thin screen that has a VGA webcam. Are both screens backlit? I don't think I plan to use it too much, maybe the odd snap or webcam chat. Though, I do prefer having it but not needing it than needing it and not having it.

How much weight and energy efficiency difference will the thin screen have?

I do have this Creative 1.3MP USB webcam, which I'd imagine serve almost the same purpose (spec wise)
