And now waiting on a response from BMO for a teller position...anyone out there have any exp. with this sort of wait?...how long did you let it go on?...it has been a week and a half since my interview with the hiring manager...thank you letter sent...to both branch manager and harris rep (outsourced HR)....should I not have heard one way or the other by now?

Can you phone them? Or visit the office?

If it's been a week and a half and you haven't heard back, then I would wager that the offer was given to somebody else. They haven't and won't give you a definite "no" until that person begins, because if something falls through they can always come back and offer you the job. Sorry, but that's what it sounds like to me.

The only way to find out is to do a follow up phone call.
