I met this woman at work and she is showing signs of interest in me however I am not sure if faithful women do this or if it's a sign that she wants to cheat or something.

When I am talking to her or when I pass by her she does the whole playing with hair thing and she gets kind of nervous when talking to me. I was talking to her the other day and she asked me if I had a girlfriend and that I should never get married young and just date as many girls as possible. She is 30 years old (I'm 21) and has a 5 year old daughter so she probably got married at like 23-24 or something so I figure that she is saying this to me because she kind of regrets getting married at a young age because she tells me how she didn't really get to do all the things she wanted while she was young because she is a mother and/or is married.

Yeah but if she is interested then it's all on her. If I pass then it'll just be some other guy that does the deed. I am not forcing her into anything but I am not sure whether she is just being friendly or if there is something more to it.

Now why would a 30 year old get nervous around you? I think you're just overanalyzing the whole situation. She's probably just giving you tips that's all and just starting up a conversation because there's nothing else to talk about. Treat it as small talk and move on.

Well if she's married and flirting with you, I would take that as a sign that she doesn't care about anyone but her interests and run. She has a kid and a husband. Just don't pay too much attention her until it quiets down.

I wouldn't get myself involved even if she was interested. If really she is, she'll make a move, but I wouldn't even risk it otherwise. First of all, it could indeed jeopardize your workplace situation and second of all, she has a kid and you really don't want to be in the middle of that (unless you do?)

I've already been with a woman who had a kid and it really isn't a big deal. My attitude towards her is nothing out of the ordinary but if she makes the move or makes it incredibly obvious that she wants me then I don't care about her family situation. She is an adult and can do w/e she wants.

The issue is I am trying to find out whether married women who are faithful to their husband still show IOIs to other men or if it is only characteristic of women who are in unhappy marriages and want something different?
