Be warned, this was about $400 CAD after conversion, shipping and duties.

Exchange rate (US->CAD) is much better than the past few drops so pricing more favorable this go round.

I didn't pay close to that when I bought these last year when the dollar was far worse.
$300 CAD (@1.38) w/ shipping and $23 duties/tax to Alberta. At current exchange rates it would be around $270 CDN and then duties.

These are awesome headphones, have been my daily driver since I got them.

I'm in TO, conversion was about $250, + shipping, and my duties were $90. It was BS, didn't know that was what it would amount to.

$90 for duty is quiet a bit for a headphone that costs $250CDN

+1, saw the email this morning.

Anyone else have experience on duty rates for GTA? Might have to cancel if it's too high....

These are amazinng headphones, I got these in the first drop. I tried pairing them with mojo and they sound great. However, I have been told they are paired better with the bottlehead crack and speedball combo. Try that. I am using he560s predominantly as they are a better pairing with the mojo and I had already spent a lot of money on dacs lol. Inhave probably used my 6xx only a handful of occasions. If anyone’s interested in my unit, let me know.
Thanks

I have no self control... Do I need them when I have 598s? Probably not. Did I buy them? **** yes.

Thanks OP!

The HD660S is coming out, be forewarned that the HD6xx is already outdated.

Sound doesn't really get outdated, though...

The sound I find different but better than the 598 for overall listening. One thing is the clamping force is less and I believe the ear cups are bigger so I found them more comfortable than my 598.

Tax/duty/brokerage to Ontario should be around $60-70 CAD I'm guessing?
