[Canadian Tire] Mastercraft gas framing nailer $139.93

Not sure how good these are. But judging by the look they are based off the paslodes. not sure what type of fuel they take maybe paslodes fuel cells work.

On for $139.93 reg $349.99

Mastercraft Gas Stick Framing Nailer fires 1200 nails per fuel cell and 4800 nails per charge
Works with 34° Mastercraft framing nails
Runs on 7.2V Li-Ion batteries and paslode fuel cells
Weighs only 7 lbs. to make jobs easy[/QUOTE]

sounds like it could be a decent nail gun for the price if it's just a rebranded Paslode Nail gun. It uses the same fuel cell, and possibly the same battery

Picked one up this morning at the Waterdown store. They said there's one left

It is still listed on the website, just doesn't show up on the mobile version for some reason

Got the last one at the smart center in Laval for $99.73. They had the $20 gift card promo for $100 purchase before taxes so I added a filler
Thanks OP

There are still a few in Stratford and Paris, but at 139.93.

Did yours work? The one I got won't ever fire a nail. 1 out if 15 tries it sounds like it tries to fire... Looks like it's going in for repair already

Started using mine extensively today. When it works, it's great. Sometimes, rather frequently, the battery maybe came loose from the vibration, so it won't fire. Pushing the battery in tight helps, but kindda annoying. A lot of power though, and rather light, fits just enough for doing 16 on center framing. For the price it's great. Thanks again OP!

I haven't tried 'cause no fuel cell yet.

Read the review in CT's product Web page someone said the fuel cell cover was interfering with the ability to deliver fuel to its engine. He modified it a bit and then worked like a charm.

See if yours has a similar issue.
