Prizes: The Sweepstakes consists of seven (7) first place winners (each a “First Place
Winner”) and one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The First Place Winners will receive one (1)
1534D Password lock and (1) $25 Visa gift card. (ARV of each First Place prize: $36
USD). The Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner, will receive (1) 1534D Password lock and
(1) $100 Visa gift card. (ARV of Grand Prize: $112)
Total ARV of all prizes: $363 USD.

Sweepstakes Period: The Master Lock Random Acts of Kindness Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Master Lock Company LLC (“Sponsor”), begins on
February 13, 2012 at 7:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CST”) and ends on February
19, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST. (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the
official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility: Entry into the Sweepstakes is open to permanent lawful residents of the 50
United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) and Canada, EXCLUDING Quebec,
who are 13 years or older at time of entry
