mazda dealership rust proof

I was offered the rust proof package for $8 a month for 5 years. I said no initially but now I'm second guessing myself. At that price that's only $480. I would probably spend more than that if I did krowns every year for 5 years. The package includes a 10 year warranty not sure what the fine print is though I haven't asked for anything in writing.

Is it worth looking into ? Or just stick with krown?

Doesn't matter what you do, it will still rust.

What a ripoff.
How you figure? In the end it would cost less than crown and offers a warranty?

Read the fine print on what the 480 includes. Then read the fine print on the warranty. Then report back.

Only then can a legitimate comparison be made between the two.

Is it $8/mth for the rust-proof 'module' that doesn't work and has a warranty that doesn't cover anything?

Rust warranties are made of lies. They do anything and everything to deny all claims.

Mazda dealership rust proof..... what a title. Whenever I read Mazda, I automatically think of rust. I knew someone with a Mazda 3 starting to have rust in the 3rd year.

Go with Krown, its proven and Mazda's need all the help they can get to combat rust. Mazda has a history of problems that started with the Protege and continued to the 3 and 5.
