Getting this card was HORRENDOUS. I kept getting bumped from departments to departments even though I had the code and was SURE that the card existed.
What they told me : 1) The card does not exist 2) It only works if you apply for a regular card and then upgrade it in 3-4 weeks.
Even after I told them the promotional code and that all my beloved redflagdeals' friends got it without having to get their mediocre card at first.
Save yourself 30 minutes of your life and if you're a francophone call directly at : 1-800-870-3675. I then got a very knowledgeable lady that took my application in less than 5 minutes.

Can someone explain what MasterPurchase - Purchase Protection and Extended Warranty coverage is and how it works? So I buy any item on my CC and I get extended warranty?
