There is a useful website, whose url I've forgotten, where someone has figured out how to convert points from any one program to another. You just type in the programs and it gives you the path. Sometimes it involves going through a middleman though. To move points from program A to B, you might have to go Program A->Q->B. Or even A->Q->R->B. You would to enrioll in Q and R to do it, however. But it shows you how to pretty much convert between and two programs on the planet.
