Ad seen in latest McDonald's mailer coupons for Ontario.

"Enjoy your choice of a Big Mac or 6-piece Chicken McNuggets or any McMuffin sandwich for only $1 plus tax when you download, register and activate the My McD's app from May 12-19."

Edit: Updated title. Seems like the deal is indeed ON only.

Probably a good idea to wait until it starts.

One time use per account but you can keep creating new ones for $1 deal at least that work during the last promo.
