Just got this offer of save $5 off $25+, looks like it's valid today only. Can't remember the last time I spent that much at McDonald's though...

Two combos and a kid's meal and you're already over $25.

If you were not paying attention to news media fast food headlines, they are actually for the McDonald's kid mobiles games release a couple years ago. Basically as you travel around the table, the character in the game would track and respond to the placement. Of course it wasn't much of a success but it was there. No, there is no mobile table ordering service.
There is mobile ordering with table service, but it's still in testing in Canada. https://www.redflagdeals.com/latest-new ... in-canada/

Those NFC tags could have been there for quite some time though, since when the kiosks first came out and there was the create your own burger option, you'd take a little beacon and place it on your table. Not sure how it worked but it wouldn't surprise me if it was NFC.

At regular price, true, but I suppose I was looking at it from a perspective of using the 2 can dine for $10.99 coupons, which is pretty much the only time we eat there.

$10.99 was the price of the past...it's almost $12.00 now!

Yes, it's for table service. You take a tracker at the kiosk. Enter the tracker number. Sit at nfc table with tracker...

If you order by mobile while at your table, this will keep those adults entertained with their smartphones.

Table trackers get too expensive if your in the low profit fast food service with essentially wifi enabled (bluetooth can't support 20 table trackers) nfc scanning 14 hour battery operating device that drunk people are going to steal on a daily. They already just deploy metal stands and eyeballs in their 10m wide restaurant.

If you can get to a 7 11, they have a very similar breakfast sandwich for the same $2 price every day. No coupon or app needed.
The 7 11 breakfast sandwich seems to be slightly larger. It's the size of a standard English muffin with egg sticking out the side.
But does 7-11 give you monopoly pieces? That, IMHO, is key

Who cares about a chance to win something big when you can be secure in gaining something small. The app points for 7 11 are adding up quickly, granting tons of free food and beverage.
I'd rather have that then to fiddle with very low chances to win big prizes.

Hello,

Is your app working for discount? The code is showing. Just fries jumping up and down.

$5 is a 'deal' now for Micky D's burger? What kind of nonsense is this. Man i used that $3 large sandwich yesterday for quarter prouder and asked for mayo/lettuce/tomato. They charged me for it!! On top of that the quarter pounder didnt have the Monopoly pieces? Ok that's fair..

I think my fast food dollars are going to go somewhere else. Burger King seems to have much better deals without coupons IMO.
