Correct, what I meant is that its fans are Canadians (the vast majority) and yes, any team can have fans worldwide. But still, the number of Canadian fans must be in the tens hundreds of thousand and that's way more than the team members number :) . LOL.

As long as the Raptors keep on winning games and going further into a Finals run, I am just fine without a free fries from now! This is their window to go all the way and bring this city a much needed championship!

Golden State is not the same team it has been for the past 4 years. They have been exposed by many teams this whole season and in the playoffs right now, along with all of their locker room politics that has broken them down. They can handle them or Portland.

The time is now.

Not to discredit the team that has won 3 championships in 4 years, but this is the worse they've looked in their reign at the top. The door is open for the Raptors to win a championship, but not wide open. Have to give GSW the respect they deserve as they are champs for a reason. And we don't know how these Raptors will respond to the biggest stage in their franchise history. GSW has been there and done that, so they have experience to their advantage. This is like a boss fight at the end of a video game.

Even with KD out for how long, GSW can win on firepower alone. Raptors have to minimize turnovers, call timely timeouts when momentum is shifting, keep up their amazing lock down defense which Golden State has arguably not seen during their reign at the top, don't over help and leave someone open, and Raptors need everyone to step up to the challenge offensively. There is no more time for shooting slumps. Nurse has to run with what is working best on the floor on any given night. The Raptors have been battle tested in these playoffs with a harder road to the NBA Finals, had to deal with adversity all season with injuries to numerous players, load managed Kawhi, and Nurse juggling a ton of different combinations, but I think all this unpredictability will pay off in the end. We beat Golden State in the regular season and always play them tough. It is not out of the realm to consider we can beat them. All our shorter players will not need to fear as much driving inside as Golden State doesn't really have much of shot blocking presence as the Sixers and Bucks did. And we have home court to our advantage so Raptor fans have got to bring out their A game inside the arena to be the 6th man and give the Raptors on the floor the adrenaline.

Yes, the Raptors do have Golden State's number this season, beating them twice. With Durant out as long as possible will help, though like you mentioned they will need to have everyone delivering on offense with guys who haven't been doing too good like Green, Gasol and Ibaka. Home court will definitely make a big difference as long as the Raptors take advantage of it and try to win all their home games and try to at least steal a win or two if needed in Oakland. If they contain all of that and Golden State's offense, they should be fine. This is their best chance at it with no more "LeBronto" with his Cavs, no Paul Pierce and Vince Carter haunting them from playoff past and gaining that much needed energy, momentum, adrenaline, and confidence from overcoming a strong and favoured Milwaukee team. That will give them that confidence on being able to slay another favoured giant in Golden State after pulling off that feat in the Eastern Conference Finals, especially roaring back from going down 0-2 to winning it in 6. They are in the peak of their window to get it done and bring the city and this country a championship!

THE TIME IS NOW!!!
